I would like to start out by saying "Hello" to anyone reading this. My name is Josh and I am the owner of Skinny Pedal Products.

My passion for off roading began when I was young. I actually blame my brother. The first vehicle he ever owned was a baby blue CJ-5. The biggest mosquito fogging piece of junk we had ever seen. Instantly I was in love!!

When college rolled around I was lucky enough to be at the right place at the right time. I had moved to Boise, Idaho and began attending Boise State. While attending, it just so happened all the right professors where there as well. BSU began offering a degree in mechanical welding. This included heavy diesel, welding, and select electives. Which I focused on some mechanical and electrical engineering.

While in school I held a job with a fab shop that's main focus was white water raft frames. Making the frames was okay but testing was an absolute blast. From there I moved on to my required internship for my degree. I obtained a position with the Department of Defense. I worked as a civilian at Gowen Field in Boise, Idaho. There I rebuilt 3116 Cat engines, 2.5 ton Rockwells, M1 and M88 final drives, the list goes on and on.

After college I secured a position in Las Vegas, Nevada working for a company called CoverEDGE. There I was a KU band satellite truck engineer. I have worked superbowls, hurricanes, the presidential race, tradeshows, there is too much to list. While working for CoverEDGE I began Skinny Pedal Products on the side. I got tired of searching for products that wouldn't let me down. So here I am, owning and operating Skinny Pedal Products.
